We cannot recommend Carats + Cupcakes enough! Ariana and Tara helped us plan our September wedding and they truly are the reason why our day happened the way that it did! We got married during a really busy period in our lives and did not have the capacity to fully plan our day—the best decision we made in the process was bringing Ariana and Tara in to help us. They are incredibly responsive, organized, patient, trustworthy and intentional with all their suggestions. My husband and I‘s vision was a fusion wedding that honored both of our cultures, (a tough ask!) Ariana and Tara helped us do that in the most beautiful & seamless way possible. On the day of the wedding they were professional, supportive & 2 steps ahead of us at all times. (our families still rave about them to this day) We could truly enjoy our day to the fullest without any stress because of them. You won’t regret hiring them for any of your wedding planning needs. We owe the biggest thank you to these two ladies. We worked with them for over two years and it was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Our original date was Sept 2020 and like so many couples we had to postpone to June 2021. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, genuine, and reassuring duo to support us through such a difficult time. They made that transition so easy on our minds and hearts.
My husband and I both have high stress jobs with unpredictable schedules. We also have never planned a wedding before and knew we had first steps to take but didn’t know where to put our feet. Enter C+C. These ladies adapted to our needs, embraced our vision, and gracefully kept us on schedule with friendly check ins/ reminders/to do’s. Not to mention they kept us excited! Of course wedding planning has its natural stressors, but they were great at reminding us of the “Why.” They have a passion for this and that spirit was always a breath of fresh air for us. They were always just as thrilled about our upcoming wedding as we were and we were so appreciative of that.
They were absolutely amazing at our rehearsal and on our wedding day. The amount of hard work, coordination, organization, patience, communication and MAGIC they put into our day was incredible. They were everywhere we needed them and when we needed them. They were always one step ahead of us- guiding us through the blissful wedding day haze. They made it so Andrew and I were untouched by any stress or unplanned derailments (Were there any? We wouldn’t know!). We’ve all heard the horror stories about couples who are so stressed on their wedding day that they don’t get to fully enjoy the day they’ve been looking forward to for so long. We’re so grateful that we didn’t have that experience. We got to be present on our wedding day and enjoy it from start to finish. We tasted the food. Danced to the music. Took the pictures. Hugged our loved ones. We were THERE and we owe that to them. Thank you Carats + Cupcakes!

Tara and Ariana were the absolute best! They helped us the entire year leading up to our wedding on June 3, 2023 and we could not have done it without them. They were on top of reaching out to vendors, scheduling walk throughs, giving their honest feedback and answering questions and handled any issues that arose. The night before our wedding, the bus company we hired months in advance cancelled on us leaving our guests with no ride to the venue. Tara did not want me to worry, so she handled it with my husband and found a last minute company -- literally saved the day. On the day of the wedding, neither me, my husband, or our parents had to worry about anything because they handled it all. They are also very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other coordinators. Book them and you won't regret it!!
